My name is Teresa, and I am a Halifax-based baker. My kitchen is a haven of warmth and creativity, where people gather and the aroma of spices fills the air with each batch of gingerbread. Among the recipes I’ve refined over the years, my gingerbread is a favourite—not only for its delightful flavour but also for the cherished stories and memories it carries.

I focus on Celtic themes that celebrate Nova Scotia, but I also love creating cookie boxes for occasions year-round. Whether you prefer the robust, spicy notes of traditional gingerbread or the subtle sweetness of blonde gingerbread, I am committed to using the finest Canadian ingredients. For those who prefer, I offer organic and gluten-friendly options as well.
